Rogue cant be one of the few mutants that can kill Wolverine?

I figured Rogue derr.....but I'm thinking maybe Scarlet Witch also, and ...Cant Kitty phase her hand or something in Wolverine's head and then unphase....wouldnt that kill him..........another words, they overate Wolverine as being unstoppable.
