Will both of these people experience the same amount of joy and happiness in Heaven?

I believe that both Ron and Ashley will experience the same amount of joy and happiness in Heaven but as far as them being rewarded equally I don't know, if both Ron and Ashley have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and believed He has died for their sins and rose back from the dead they will both go to Heaven, however if Ashley really wants to go to Heaven then she must donate some of her rewards to the poor and help them out.
