Math Dillemma?

I have a pretty high mark for Grade 11 University math right now, but find myself always knowing less than others. I was thinking of taking math in university, but the tought of being stuck on some questions for hours just turns me off >.> Is there any possible ways I can learn extra math to stuff in my brain and not confuse myself with my current course?
