Sweden calls its censorship like George Orwell for ''freedom.'' Where can i get hold ot these ''freedom'' laws

Sweden has been marked by independent sources for belonging to one of the most totalitarian systems in the world where total conformity is demanded (for instance: Roland Huntford, THE NEW TOTALITARIANS. Sweden tried its upmost to stop this book). It has a whole mechanism of laws called TRYCKFRIHETSLAGEN, or something. Ironic is, that the word is supposed in fact to mean ''freedom for printing.'' The law supposedly is lifted directly from Medieval laws and concocted to catch the person straying away from the herd fold. To bring him back in line, violence is often resorted to, and always applaued by Swedish justice. How could one get hold of this ''law,'' and has it ever been translated into English?
