Will my doctor perform an abdominal hysterectomy using my c-section incision?

I have to have a hysterectomy and I found out that there are two types performed, l and abdominal. I have had two c-sections and another surgery. So, my c-scar has seen three surgeries. Im wondering if my doctor will use this scar a fourth time. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.
