Should a college lecturer admit all his mistakes, or only 67 percent of them?

I took a Principles of Accounting cl once where the instructor made three mistakes on one of his tests. When I confronted him, he admitted to two of the mistakes but tried to weasel out of the third one. Should I give him a 67percent grade for his performance? That would be failure in most cles.
