Why is Windows Media Player giving me problems syncing with my LG Dare?

Dont you have to use that Rhaposdy/Verizon Player with the Dare? I have the dare and the disc for the program came with and tht is what I use to upload music onto it, b/c it doesnt work with either WMP or Itunes ( i have an ipod also)...ALso when you do get the rhapsody player it will give you an option to put all music tht is already on your comp. (including whats in other programs) on there, It took allll my music from itunes (all 2,00 songs!) and put it on there for me, so im telling you get the rhapsody player...it should be free, i still dont know why your dare didnt come with tht disc though...
