Which parts of the USA have a nice cool, chilly or cold weather condition?

Other than the upper US states, what other states/regions/cities have this lovely cool, chilly or cold temperature in autumn, winter or spring? Not sure about California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Mississipi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina. I know those states have their all-year round warmth and humidity, but do they experience seasonal cold temperatures like in London, New York, Chicago, Paris, Switerland etc.
