To bear children vs. not to bear children (by choice)?

i am 23 my husband 30 he has two kids (12&3). the 12 yr old lives w us the 3yr old lives w his mom i want kids but i also want a life and to look y for a long time. my husband had a vasectomy but will reverse it if i want him to no problem but sometimes i feel torn and i know he does to. we both love kids but we also want to travel and not be broke for ever.(he hasnt been able to leave state for 10yrs & pretty soon he will) i just dont want to have that void forever but i also want a happy marriage not bogged down. what do you think id love to hear some opinions
