Please help ladies or guys ?

when me and my husband were engaged he used to buy me anything and help me out any way possible he is very wealthy then we got married and one week later he starts saying i need to pay half of rent and my car note and pay for my own food and clothes and anything else so i had to get 2 jobs abd im going to school its really hard and i only see him late at night when i get home also he hides his phone everynight .. i have a strong feeling he is cheating and i have tlked to him about it tons of times but he just changes subjects or finds a way around it we have been married for 4 months what should i do i cant divorce him i have no where to go or anything in my name
