Need info on old Double barrel 12 ga.?

Have an old 12 missing it's fore end.Has a setter and brush on the reciever sides,says Western Field on 1 barrel and Montgomery Wards on the other.Hawkins is imprinted on the rubber pad if that helps.Need parts! Thanks!!!
