My throat is killing me...after 3 days of swallowing?

So I have given my boyfriend oral for the past three days starting on Wednesday...and the first time i did it my stomach hurted but it ped after i drunk a ginger ale...i swallowed his stuff everytime time and now my throat is killing me...its it normal....he does have any stds i know because he got tested before he started college. As well as he was a virgin when we started becoming ual...Please help
