Is it bad that now that hes died I started REALLY listening to Michael Jackson and admiring him?

Like, while MJ was alive, I knew he was a great singer/dancer and all, but he i ddnt grow up listening to him and I thought that he was like a bad guy and child molester, but now that he has died, I learned that he really was a good guy and was just very misunderstood and now i am TOTALLY obsessed with his performances now that he has died and i started to get more interested in him. is it bad that i just now started rlly admiring him now that he is dead? i feel so bad that i thought that kind of bad bull crap about him when he was alive.
