Since a new war over cyprus ain't a solution, and NATO ain't gonna help either since turkey is a full member, the only solution i can think about is both cyprus and greece veto the turkish entrance to EU. Maybe that could put some pressure on Turkey. Turks don't belong to Eu after all since they are not even europeans...
